What are Almiah’s rules and conditions for returning goods:

If the purchased goods have technical defects or defects, Almiah must be notified of the defects or defects within 1 day after receiving the goods. If the defective product is not available, your order will be canceled.
This service is only possible if the goods are returned to Almiah in their original carton or box.
This service does not cover technical and appearance defects (breakage, scratches, etc. on the body of the goods and decorative parts) that are caused by the user’s improper use of the goods. Improper use after delivery of the goods includes such things as transportation and handling, unusual use, storage, and use that is different from the manufacturer’s recommendations.
If the purchased product is inconsistent with the information on the website in terms of specifications or physical appearance. The existence of the discrepancy must be notified to the Almiah after-sales service unit by phone, ETA support or in person within 24 hours of receiving the product. If the discrepancy is visible without using the product, such as the color or specifications listed on the body, the product must be in its original condition and has not been used.
The product photos are for information and assistance in customer purchase, and since there may be some differences with the original product in some details, they cannot be used to declare a discrepancy. The criterion for the existence of a discrepancy in the product specifications is the technical specifications listed on the website.
For each product, the photos and specifications are listed in full, so it is better to read the description in full before purchasing the product, because we do not accept cancellations for taste.
If the order has not yet been shipped, the order must be canceled as soon as possible on the site. The order can only be canceled if it has not been registered in the post office and less than 24 hours have passed since your order was placed.
Considering the safe and standard packaging of all shipments, delivery to any of the reputable shipping companies of the user’s choice and the declaration of the consignment note means that any accident during transportation and delivery is the responsibility of the shipping company, and Almiah will only compensate for the damage if the shipping company confirms the order and in order to facilitate follow-up.
The damaged product and all its accessories and belongings must be sent to Almiah’s after-sales service in the same form as the customer received it, along with the official shipping company’s minutes and invoice.
If the damage is visible at the moment, the customer can refuse to receive the shipment so that it can be returned to Almiah for inspection and re-sending. And request compensation from the post office.
Considering all the above, canceling the order of products at specific times such as periodic discounts or festivals such as Black Friday, New Year, etc. is not possible at all due to the limited number of products with special sales, and the customer is required to conduct all research before purchasing from similar or competing stores. However, we strongly recommend that you do not consider the price as the criterion for your purchase, because it has been seen many times that the name and brand of this company’s devices have been abused in other stores, especially during auctions, and they have offered very low prices for their poor quality products.

 

How to send the product?

– Please contact the after-sales service support experts before taking any action.

– Avoid sending the product without coordinating with Almiah’s after-sales service.

– For shipping, the product must be well packaged in its original box or carton, and accessories and all items accompanying the original product must be sent.

Note:
In order to process the request, it is mandatory to mention the order tracking number in any of the above methods.
It should be noted that if the sent items are returned without any coordination and for any reason, the costs of returning the goods, including shipping and packaging costs, etc., are the responsibility of the customer and the company has no obligation for these costs.
After examining the returned goods by after-sales service experts, if the goods are returned outside the criteria set out on the site and are found to be without defects, the goods will be sent to the customer.
If the customer refuses to deliver the goods in good condition and without defects, the said goods will remain on deposit with Almiah in the after-sales service unit for one month and upon the expiration of this period, Almiah will not be responsible for the goods and any damage caused to them or their loss.
