1- Is it possible to edit my user profile and email?

Answer:
You can edit your user profile. To do this, you must log in to your account by entering your email address and password, then by clicking on the “My Profile” option, you will be transferred to a page where you can “edit information” in the “User Information” section.

To change your email or modify your national code, send an email to info@almiah.ae with the same email you registered with. 2- Why was the link not emailed to me despite my request to change my account password?

Please check your spam emails. Especially emails sent to gmail accounts are sometimes spammed. Note that the password change link is sent to you, not the password itself.

 

3- Can I access my previous purchase information?

Answer:

4- Can I make a purchase with my own account and have the invoice issued in the name of a legal entity or company?

Answer:

Yes, after selecting the desired products and adding them to the shopping cart, the order registration will be completed in 4 steps: 1) Log in to Almiah, 2) Order submission information,

 

3) Order review, and 4) Payment information. In the order submission information stage and the “Are you a legal entity?” section, by clicking on the phrase “Complete/Edit your legal information.” You will be transferred to the user information editing page and by selecting the option “Complete legal information for organizational purchase” and entering and registering the details of the desired organization, you can make an organizational purchase and receive an official invoice and value-added certificate.

 

Also, due to the system registration of the order, there is no possibility of re-issuing an invoice or changing its specifications, including changing the real invoice to a legal one. Therefore, customers need to be careful about this issue when placing an order, and if they need a legal invoice to be issued to them, when placing their order, they can make an organizational purchase and receive an official invoice by selecting the “Complete legal information” option and entering the details of the desired organization.

 

5- How can I find out about the status of the order I have registered?

Answer:

Almiah will notify you of the order status step by step by sending an SMS. Also, to find out the status of the order, you can log in to your account and find out its status by clicking on the “My Orders” option.

 

If 1 business day has passed since your order and you have not received your 20-digit postal tracking code, send your order number along with the number one to the support numbers on WhatsApp or ETA.

 

6- Can I order products that are not available?

Answer:

No, currently only products that are available and listed on the Almiah website with their current status and price can be ordered.

 

7- Can I cancel or change my order?

Answer:

You can delete or modify the order from your shopping cart before final confirmation of the order and clicking on the checkout icon. After final confirmation of the order and completion of the purchase and during the payment and cart registration stages, you are not able to delete or change the order. From this stage onwards, to cancel or change it, contact the order tracking unit (internal company numbers 1 to 4 only).

 

8- After placing the order, should I contact Almiah to ensure its processing?

Answer:

No, after completing the purchase and order registration process, your order will be automatically processed via SMS system and if necessary, Almiah sales experts will contact you.

Products offered on the market

1- When will products that are not available be offered for sale on the site?

Answer:
Sometimes, due to various reasons, such as the lack of official and widespread product availability in Iran, the status of some products on the website changes to “out of stock” and it is not possible to announce the exact time of their re-stocking. However, Almiah tries to make these products available on the website again as soon as possible.

 

If you intend to purchase a product with a status of “out of stock” or “coming soon”, you can use the “Notify me” service on the product details page to find out when the product becomes available and available on the Almiah website. You will be notified via email or SMS when the product is available on the site.

 

2- Is it possible that the product I order is not available?

Answer:
Priced products that are marked with the status “available” on the Almiah website are available in Almiah’s warehouse and can be ordered.

 

Therefore, when placing an order for these products, there is no need to inquire about the stock, and the order will be processed and delivered as soon as possible.

 

Of course, sometimes for some products, if orders are placed in large numbers and simultaneously, the stock of that product may run out. In these cases, the stock of the product is quickly replenished, but if this is not possible, the supply of those products on the site is temporarily stopped.

All Job Market users can pay for their orders online through the online portal using all Shetab network bank cards on the Almiah website.

 

All users can also make bank deposits or card-to-card transfers to the account numbers listed on the Almiah website.

 

If the delivery address is one of the cities covered by Express Almiah Delivery, customers can pay the order in cash or via a mobile card reader upon delivery.
