On normal days, the order is shipped according to the following procedures.
In special circumstances such as festivals or busy and crowded days such as March, the shipping time varies depending on the method and location of receiving the order and may not be carried out according to the following procedures.
Almiah has provided you with a different shopping pleasure with fast shipping and payment on site.
It is also possible to deliver the order on all days of the week.
Other cities
Orders registered by 3 pm on working days from Saturday to Wednesday can be delivered 3-4 days later.
Orders registered after 3 pm or on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be processed on the first business day after that.
Notes:
– Free delivery only includes orders with a value of more than 3000 UAE dirhams.
– Shipping costs for other purchases are based on the shipping company’s tariff.
– If the order amount has been prepaid, the profile owner or another person whose name, address and phone number the profile owner has entered to receive the order must have a valid identification card such as a national ID card when receiving the goods.
– It is necessary to check the correspondence of the number of items ordered with the invoice in the presence of the delivery associates.
– In order to speed up and facilitate the handling of customer requests regarding damage or physical defects of the goods, it is strongly recommended to check the physical and appearance of the received goods in the presence of the delivery associates and to refuse to receive them if there is a problem or defect.
Obviously, the customer’s receipt of the goods will be considered confirmation of their physical health.
– Orders sent via freight or whose amount exceeds 5 thousand UAE dirhams must be settled before sending, through offline payment from account to account or through an online payment gateway.
– Delivery of the order in public places such as cafes, internet cafes, restaurants, hotels, etc. is not possible, and the delivery address must be accurate, reliable, and according to the address registered at the time of ordering.
After processing the order and delivering it to the shipping company, the approximate delivery time of the sent order is between 24 and 72 business hours, depending on the geographical area and destination of the order.
If you are waiting to receive your order through postal services, you can track the shipment through the relevant shipping company’s website.
_If for any reason the tracking code of your shipment has not been sent to you, send your order number to our colleagues on WhatsApp so that our colleagues can send you the tracking code of your order as soon as possible.
– If the delivery of the order is subject to a fee (orders with an amount of less than 5 thousand UAE dirhams), the shipping fee will be included in the invoice and receiving any additional amount upon delivery of the goods is considered a violation.

For sending bulky and heavy goods to other cities, the goods will be sent on a cash on delivery basis (payment of the freight cost upon delivery of the item).
