1- Payment via the Internet portal
All Almiah users can pay for their order online through the Internet portal on the Almiah site and register it in the payment section of the shopping cart when placing an order.
Successful payment of the amount constitutes the final registration of this order to start the processing process, and there is no need to inform the site support, and the order will automatically enter the preparation and shipping stages.
Note that the recipient of the order must bring his/her ID card when receiving the goods.
It should be noted that online payment creates priority and accelerates the processing of users’ orders.
– How to pay online
Dear users of the Almiah site can pay for their order using all debit and credit cards.
When paying online, you will be asked for the following information, and after entering them and confirming the payment, you will be notified of the success of your payment operation.
– 16-digit card number
This number is printed on the card of all banks.
– Internet shopping password or second password
To make an online payment, you must have previously activated the second password (Internet shopping password) of your bank card.
Then, in the Second Password or Internet Password section, select your password.
– CVV2 code
This code is a 3 to 5-digit number that is printed on the back or on bank cards and is used as a security code in online payments.
– Expiration date
The card expiration date is also printed on most bank cards.
If there is no expiration date on your card, you can use the number 12 instead of the month and 99 instead of the card expiration year.
2- Payment on deliveryDear users are advised to make their payment online to expedite the processing of their order.
However, for the convenience of those customers who wish to pay for their order upon receipt, Almiah has sometimes provided a method called payment on delivery.
By selecting this option, 10% of the total invoice will be added to your final amount and will be shown as a prepayment at the beginning of the order. If you pay this fee, your order will be registered and you can pay the remaining amount at home.
– Cash payment on delivery
For the convenience of those customers who wish to pay for their order in cash, Almiah has also provided the possibility of cash payment on delivery at some times.
3- Account-to-account payment (offline bank transfer)
Users who do not have the option of online payment through Almiah’s banking gateway can transfer their order amount to the card numbers listed in this section.
You can also use ATM machines to pay offline.
However, payment through the Almiah website’s online payment gateway is easier and faster due to its high level of automation, and Almiah recommends that you use this method for payment.
